Squirt hockey at the ICE arena was so much fun to watch & shoot. And I think the kids secretly loved getting their picture taken, even though they acted very shy. Props to the girl players who are very much outnumbered. The cool thing is, when I did my interview with the coach, he said that the girls on the team were some of the hardest working players. Girl power! :)

I miss home already...

My sweet puppy, Riley Roo. He looks like an old man, and I love when his hair gets so long that you can't even see his eyes. He's still only a baby though. Just looks like a geezer.

I don't know why but I've been getting so homesick lately. This whole year kind of. I love being up in Mount Pleasant and everything, but everything just gets old to me after awhile. And I feel very lonely all of the time. Like I don't have very many people around me that I can relate to. I don't know. Maybe I'm just being whiny...but I shouldn't have the urge to drive home as much as I do. Ugh. I just can't wait to get out of college. Photojournalism and dance practice are the only things that keep me sane around here...
